Flap discs are popular for metal grinding due to their long life. They are often considered safer than bonded abrasive grinding discs as their lighter weight can result in lower vibration and they are less likely to shatter if damaged.
We stock the popular Right Lines zirconium discs in 115mm and a wide range of Cibo flap discs in sizes 100mm to 180mm for the professional metalworker. Ceramic and zirconium abrasive flaps are typically for grinding metal, whilst Rapid Combi-Discs and surface conditioning are for leaving fine finishes.
