Small Burrs Tips & Points
Tungsten carbide burrs are ideal for detailed shaping metal, such as chamfering edges, removing metal burrs and refining casting lines. They can also shape holes, add counter-sinks and remove edge welds. Abrasive mounted points are better for surface cleaning and refinement and where very small amounts of material removal are required. Mounted corundum points are more aggressive. Unitised mounted points are best for fine surface finishing and polishing.
Tungsten Carbide Burrs
Tngsten carbide burrs are stocked in a full range of shapes. They are ideal for shaping and de-burring small areas of metal and can also be used on wood.
Abrasive caps fit on to expanding rubber holders with spindles. They are usually used on die-grinders or drills. Their small sizes and convenient shapes make them especially useful for finishing detailed castings such as engine parts and fabrications.
